Naya’s Idea Event Coordinator is a full-service event planning firm specializing in destination weddings, social and corporate events in Puerto Rico led by Hayxanair Hernández.
Hayxanair is passionate about helping her clients create unforgettable memories and has an extensive network of excellent service professionals who will help make your event in paradise outstanding. She says that “our services aim to care for the simplest details all the way to the most complex elements of coordination in order to create a marvelous and memorable moment.”
She began to pursue her dream of starting a business in event planning by attending the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico where she obtained a degree in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurship and minoring in Marketing. She also received a certification in Coordinator of Social, Corporate, and Governmental Events from Sacred Heart University and another certification as a Professional Coordinator in Puerto Rico from the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico.

Rafael Rivera
Operations & Logistics Manager
Rafael’s background as a Financial Analyst has been a true asset for the Naya’s Idea Coordinator Team. He currently holds a bachelors degree in Accounting and a masters degree in Finance who is a critical team player and the brains in charge of our back-of-house operations and event logistics ensuring things are done as they should be.
Marisabel Velázquez Garcia, Esq.
Legal Bridal Consultant
Marisabel is our go to gal for all things legal here at Naya’s Idea Headquarters. As a practicing attorney, Marisabel is able to get all the paperwork in order for our couples so their marriages can be legalized in Puerto Rico. She is also a Public Notary authorized to act as a non-denominational wedding celebrant. When her legal duties are over, Marisabel enjoys supporting private clients as a health coach as well as support in creating memories as part of Naya’s Idea Team.
